Personal or laboratory research profile:

I am presently engaged as Assistant Professor in University for Information Science and Technology “St. Paul the Apostle”, Ohrid, Republic of Macedonia and post-doctoral researcher in College of Optoelectronics Engineering, Shenzhen University, China. I was awarded the ‘Marie Curie Fellowship’ to work as Early Stage Researcher for three years in European project FP7 MARIE CURIE ITN ”Nanowiring” at IMEM-CNR, Parma, Italy towards the award of PhD in Science and Technology of Innovative Materials. I was engaged as a project research associate in Department of mechanical engineering and Physics at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. My research interests are micro/nano fabrication of semiconductor nanodevices for sensors, optoelectronics and energy harvesting. Specifically, synthesis (Chemical vapor deposition and Atomic layer deposition) and fabrication of photonic and optoelectronic devices based on two-dimensional materials including graphene, perovskite, black phosphorus, layered transition metal dichalcogenides and topological insulators are in focus.
